ORDER

This
Court has taken into consideration the letter addressed by learned
Sessions Judge, Surat to Registrar General of this Court as well as
office note dated 12.03.2010. The Court is of the view that District
Judge as well as Principal Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate First
Class, Mangrol, District Surat, need to bear in mind the urgency in
the matter as the main matter being the Appeal is that of year 1995
and it is awaiting its disposal in this Court. The matter may come up
on 12.4.2010 and it is expected that by then, the paper book shall be
placed on record along with records and proceedings.
