The
present application is for extension of time to comply with the order
dated 30.10.2009 passed by this Court in Special Civil Application
No.11164/09.

Heard
Mr. Kamal B. Trivedi, learned Advocate General with Ms.Sangeeta

counsel for the opponent upon advance copy.

Considering
the facts and circumstances, by way of last opportunity, time to
