Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the
respondents.

Petitioner has already made an application to the respondent no. 2 on 8.6.2010
which is annexed as Annexure 7 to the writ petition, which is pending before
respondent no. 2.

This petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide
the aforesaid application of the petitioner in accordance with law by a
reasoned and speaking order within a period of one week from the date of
receipt of copy of this order is produced before respondent no. 2.
