With
regard to the averments made in this application, the applicant is
directed to approach D.S.P., Anand by way of an application for
providing her police protection and on such application being
preferred by the applicant, D.S.P., Anand shall consider and decide
the same in accordance with law without being influenced by the order
passed by this Court.

In
view of the above direction, Mr. Mehta, learned Advocate for the
applicant states that he is not pressing this application at this
stage. Hence, the application stands disposed of as not pressed.
