Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw
this petition with liberty to raise all these pleas before the trial Court.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
However, the petitioners would be at liberty to move an
application seeking exemption from personal appearance, which
shall be considered and granted in accordance with law. In case,
petitioner No.3 Palika Jain moves the court for granting personal
exemption, the same shall be so granted on the conditions
considered appropriate.
