. Leaned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in the

order dated 5.7.2011, date of retirement of the petitioner has been recorded as

30.6.2010 instead of 31.7.2008 which needs tobe rectified.

In view of the submission, date of retirement recorded as

30.6.2010 in the order dated 5.7.2011 be read as 31.7.2008.

Accordingly, the order dated 5.7.2011 is modified to the extent

indicated above.
