None appears on behalf of the petitioner.
Heard learned Standing Counsel on behalf of the opposite parties and perused
the record.
By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has assailed the order
dated 27.03.1997 (Annexure-6) passed by opposite party No.1 by which he
was placed under suspension.
In view of the aforesaid facts and in the interest of justice, it is provided that
in case, the final orders has not been passed in the matter in question till date
in respect to the incident in which petitioner has been placed under
suspension, the competent authority shall complete the enquiry within a
further period of six weeks from today and passed final orders.
With the above observations , the present writ petition is finally disposed of.
