03. 10.12.2010 No one appears for the State. Earlier, by

Order, dated 08.09.2010, the counsel, appearing for

the State was directed to file show-cause on behalf of

Opposite Party Nos. 4, 5 and 6.

Mukhiya, Opposite Party No. 7 has also not

appeared, despite service of notice.

Put up this matter in the second week of

January, 2011.

In the meantime, if the direction of this

Court is not complied and the show-cause in this

regard is not filed, the District Superintendent of

Education, Nawadh and the Panchayat Secretary,

Gram Panchayat Raj-Ukaura, shall remain present in

Court.
