application is filed by landlord, which is now required to be
disposed of because of earlier Civil Revision Application being no.
1873/95 filed by tenant is abated.

Therefore,
this Civil Revision Application is also accordingly disposed of with
a liberty to petitioner, in case if, any proceeding has filed by
tenant in CRA no. 1873/1995, then it is open for petitioner to file
appropriate proceeding for revival of present CRA no. 2106/95.
