petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
In this case the petitioner has made a
prayer for publication of result as he appeared
in Merit Evaluation Test which was conducted on
20.02.2011 but till date result has not been
published.
The counsel for the State is directed
to take positive instructions as to what reason
result is not being published and that the
petitioner not to come to this Court for the same
purpose on different occasions. If, the
instructions will not be given by the State to
the State Counsel within aforesaid period, this
Court may take serious view.
Let this case be listed on 27.09.2011
within top ten cases.
