3/ 13.10.2011 This application has come under the heading “To Be
Mentioned” at the instance of the petitioner.
Due to inadvertence in the third paragraph of the order
dated 15.09.2011, it has wrongly been typed as „1 st Additional
Sessions Judge, Hilsa (Nalanda) in connection with B.P.No.259 of
2011‟, whereas, it should have been “Additional Chief Judicial
Magistrate, Hilsa, (Nalanda) in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case
No.288 of 2010”.
The order dated 15.09.2011 is modified to the extent that
in place of „1st Additional Sessions Judge, Hilsa (Nalanda) in
connection with B.P.No.259 of 2011‟, it should be read as
“Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa (Nalanda) in
connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No.288 of 2010”.
Let this order be communicated to the Additional Chief
Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda, through FAX at the cost of the
petitioner.
