The submission of learned counsel for

the petitioner is that save and except

confession made by co-accused Ajit Bind, there

is no material in the case to involve in the

incident and petitioner remained in custody

since 2.12.2010.

Thus, having regard to the facts and

circumstances of the case as well as submission

of the parties, the above named petitioner is

directed to be released on bail on furnishing

bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with

two sureties of the like amount each to the

satisfaction of Sri A.K.Pandey, Railway

Judicial Magistrate, Kiul, Lakhisarai in

G.R.P.KIUL P.S. Case No. 33 OF 2010.
