3/ 19.01.2011 Office is directed to return the case diary of

Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 128 of 2009 which has been

forwarded in stead of Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 129 of

2009 with a direction to the Additional Chief Judicial

Magistrate, Danapur to furnish the case diary of the

correct case no. at the earliest. The court below shall also

explain the circumstances as to why the correct case

diary has not been forwarded.
