It has been pointed out that in the order, dated
08.10.2010, the number of criminal miscellaneous is
mentioned as 43077 of 2009 in place of 34077 of 2009
consequently the name of the party (Shambhu Prasad Mahto
& Ors. Vrs. The State of Bihar) is also incorrect.

Let it be read as Cr. Misc. No. 34077 of 2009
(Subodh Prasad Kumar Vrs. The State of Bihar).

The order, dated 08.10.2010, is modified to the
extent indicated above.
