This Writ Petition has been posted today for final disposal pursuant to the
order passed by the Court on 17th February , 2011. Counsel for the respondents
no.4 has served a copy of the counter affidavit to the petitioner’s counsel today.
In view of this, three days time is being prayed by the counsel for the
petitioner for filing the reply.
Time, as prayed, is allowed.
This writ petition shall be listed on 4th March, 2011 for final disposal.
The State shall insure that till that date, the renewal application of the
permit filed by the respondent no.4 shall not be decided since the matter will be
finally taken up on that date.
