As Sri Anubhav Shukla, counsel for the Power Corporation is
repeatedly not appearing and not co-operating with the
proceedings of this Court, we must note that the conduct is highly
reprehensible. We require the Executive Engineer, Vidyut Vitaran
Khan-1, U.P. Power Corporation Ltd., Allahabad to be present in
this Court tomorrow. It is also made clear that this Court will be
constrained to summon the Chief Engineer or other high
authorities of the Electricity Department, if the counsel for the
Electricity Department continues to behave in this fashion.

Let a copy of this order be issued to the petitioners and the learned
counsel for the Power Corporation today itself for compliance.
