                                      JUDGMENT

Prayer sought in the writ petition is to direct the respondents to

report vacancies in the post of Assistant Sales Man in Civil Supplies

Corporation in Kannur District to the Kerala Public Service Commission.

2. Learned counsel for the sixth respondent submits that the

list has already been expired on 8.5.2008. Learned counsel appearing on

behalf of the first respondent submitted that the vacancies have already been

reported.

Having regard to the prayers, the writ petition is closed as

infructuous.
