7. 14.09.2011 Heard learned counsel for both the parties.

Put up this case on 21 st September, 2011 on which

date Opposite Party No. 1 must be personally present in Court

failing which, coercive steps shall be taken against him for his

production in Court.

However, if Opposite Party No. 1 pays in the

meantime the entire amount of Rs. 1, 95,000/-, which is due

under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act for the period from

September 2006, when the application under Section 24 of the

Act was filed till August, 2011 when Matrimonial Case No. 60

of 2008 was dismissed as withdrawn by the Family Court at

Patna, his appearance shall be exempted.
