                           J U D G M E N T

Petitioner approached this Court alleging unauthorized brick

manufacturing under the jurisdiction of the third respondent. It

is for the petitioner to bring the matter to the notice of the third

respondent, furnishing also the details of the persons engaged in

such activity, in which case, the third respondent will take

appropriate action to forthwith prevent such illegal activities.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
