Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This petition has been filed with the prayer that the opposite parties may be
directed to give appointment to the petitioner on any suitable Class-III post as
per the petitioner’s qualification under the provisions of U.P. Recruitment of
Dependents of Government Servants Dying-in-Harness Rules, 1974.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the father of the petitioner died
on 11.3.2007 and the petitioner moved an application for giving appointment
on compassionate ground on 5.8.2010. Learned counsel for the petitioner
confines his prayer only to the extent that opposite party no.1 may be directed
to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 5.8.2010.
Considering the aforesaid facts, this writ petition is finally disposed of with
the direction that the representation of the petitioner dated 5.8.2010, contained
in Annexure No.12 to the writ petition, in regard to compassionate
appointment shall be considered and disposed of by opposite party no.1 in
accordance with law within a period of two months from the date a certified
copy of this order is produced before him.
With the above direction, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
