2. 13/09/2011 This writ application was filed on

24.7.2008 with service of two copies of the

same in the office of learned Advocate

General. However, till today no counter

affidavit has been filed.

Learned counsel for the State prays

for four weeks time to seek instructions and

file counter affidavit in the case.

Time is allowed subject to payment of

cost of Rs.1000/- in the form of bank draft

drawn in favour of the petitioner. The bank

draft shall be handed over to learned counsel

for the petitioner along with a copy of the

counter affidavit by the next date.

Put up after four weeks.
