counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is advised to approach the court in regular

side as his earlier prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected by this

Court.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the

petitioner is rejected. However in regular side only merit of the

allegation along with defence shall be taken into consideration

without being prejudiced by this order.
