petitioners and learned Counsel for the
State.
The petitioners are accused of the
case registered under Sections 302, 201, 380
of the Indian Penal Code regarding suspected
killing of the informant’s daughter Umrawati
Devi. Umrawati Devi becomes widow six months
prior to the occurrence. She was issueless
and when she was not found then it was
suspected that she has been killed by her
Pattidars.
Submission is that Umrawati Devi
has eloped with some persons and the dead
body has not been found and the petitioners
have been made accused.
Considering the facts and
circumstances of the case, the above named
petitioner are directed to be released on

bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-
(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the
like amount each to the satisfaction of the
learned Additional Chief Judicial
Magistrate/court concerned, Bagaha, West
Champaran (Bettiah) in connection with
Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 142 of 2011.
