: The petitioner is an accused in the case registered under
Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 386, 387, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal
Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted
that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case; the only
allegation is that he was along with the main accused; there is no
allegation of any specific role against the petitioner; co-accused Hiraman
Bhuiyan, with almost similar allegation, has been granted bail by this
Court in B.A. No.88 of 2011; petitioner is in custody since September,
2010.

Learned A.P.P. opposed the petitioner’s prayer for bail, but has
not disputed the said contentions of learned counsel for the petitioner.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the
petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing
bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of
the like amount, each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
Magistrate, Hazaribag in connection with Katkamsandi P.S. Case
No.217 of 2010, corresponding to G.R. No.3034 of 2010.
