passed by learned Lawazima Board has not been

carried out till date. However, as prayed for, two

weeks’ further time is granted to learned counsel for

the appellant to carry out the aforesaid order dated

04.01.2011 passed by learned Lawazima Board,

failing which the memo of appeal shall stand

rejected without further reference to a Bench.
