ORDER/JUDGMENT
Thottathil B.Radhakrishnan, J.
The learned Government Pleader submits that the Aluva
Municipality has entered into a contract with M/s.Sivoham
Associates. This statement of fact is corroborated by the
submission of the learned counsel for the municipality.
2. We record these submissions and close these matters
leaving the municipality and the State to ensure that the ground
management and safety and security matters shall be
appropriately taken care of under the complete control and
responsibility of the State Government and the municipality as
the case may be.
3. The construction of the bridge shall also be promptly
completed to provide free movement of the devotees to the
Manappuram.
