Raman, J.

The limited prayer made in this writ petition is for a direction to the

Family Court, Kollam to try and dispose of M.C. 465/2002 within a time

limit prescribed by this Court and to keep in abeyance all further

proceedings including the non bailable warrant in C.M.P. 380/2001 in

M.C. 330/1998 till such time the above said case is disposed of.

2. The efforts made by this Court through the Adalath for settling the

dispute between the parties, however, failed. In the circumstances, we

direct the Family Court to expedite the disposal of M.C. 465/2002 filed by

the petitioner herein expeditiously, after completing the pre-trial stage.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
