From complainant side there are two counsel Sushri Akansha Yadav and Shri
Prem Prakash. However, Shri Prem Prakash Yadav has sent illness slip. On
20.4.2010 the case was adjourned on the request of counsel for the informant,
on 27.4.2010 there was illness of Shri Prem Prakash Yadav the counsel for
the informant, on 3.5.2010 he was not present. Thereafter again there was
illness slip on 12.5.2010. Thereafter the case was adjourned on 27.5.2010 on
the request of counsel for the complainant, since there was marriage of one of
counsel. Today also there is illness slip.

List this case peremptorily on 15.7.2010.
