4/ 14.01.2011 As prayed for, two weeks’ time is granted to
learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners to
remove all the defects, excepting defect no.5, as pointed
out by the office, as per marginal notes of the order-sheet,
failing which this application shall stand rejected without
further reference to a Bench. However, so far as defect no.
5 is concerned, learned counsel for the petitioners submits
that A.O.R. numbers with respect to two lawyers have
already been provided.
So far as appearance with respect to Sri Shyam
Kishore Das is concerned, his appearance may be ignored.
