Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner states that charge-sheet was
submitted against nine persons and twenty persons were summoned by the
court concerned, out of them one has filed this petition. Possibility is also
there that other summoned accused might have filed the similar petition.

Both the parties counsel will inform in this regard and office will also report
in this regard.
