Only grievance which has been sought to be raised by
petitioner before this Court is that on 05.11.2009 show
cause notice has been given to the Pradhan of the village
and the Pradhan in its turn has also submitted reply on
16.11.2009. Petitioner submits that said proceedings are not
being finalized.

Consequently, in the facts of the case in case said
proceedings has not been finalized in accordance with law
then in that event same be finalized by the authority
concerned within next six weeks from the date of
presentation of certified copy of this order after providing
opportunity of hearing to the Pradhan of the village
concerned.

With the above direction present writ petition is disposed
of.
