2. 20.7.2010 This application has been filed for restoration of Cr.Misc.

no.16434 of 2010 which stood dismissed for non-compliance of the

order dated 4.5.2010. It is stated in the petition that due to wrong

conception of the advocate clerk requisites etc. could not be filed within

the stipulated time. There is no deliberate laches on the part of the

petitioner.

Considering the reasons stated, this restoration application is

allowed and Cr. Misc. no.16434 of 2010 is restored to its original file

and number.
