                         J U D G M E N T

Petitioner is an LD Clerk in the Forest Department working in

Munnar. He has been applying for transfer to Idukki District.

However, his claim was rejected by Ext.P4 and one of the reason

stated was that there was no vacancy at the opted places.

Subsequently, petitioner submitted Ext.P5 pointing out a vacancy

in Idukki District and in this writ petition what is sought for is a

direction for considering Ext.P5.

In the above circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of

directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5, if

the same has been received and is pending. Orders shall be

passed at any rate within 6 weeks of production of a copy of this

judgment along with a copy of this writ petition.
