                         In   a    case     of   1976    the    petitioners

                absconded keeping           pendency      of the present

case. The petitioners could not appear so long

as an order declaring them as absconders was

passed on 17.2.2003 and thereafter they

surrendered on 25.4.2008. Under the above

circumstance, I am at all not inclined to

direct release of the petitioners on bail

till the trial is concluded.

The petition is dismissed.
