                          J U D G M E N T

Ext.P3 decision is rendered by the Joint Registrar

on a complaint of the petitioner regarding certain action in

relation to appointments of peon. The allegation of the

petitioner is that the staff pattern, going by the statutory

rules, do not permit such appointments and the selection

process was a mockery. If the petitioner is aggrieved by

Ext.P3, he has effective further remedies before the

Government under the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act,

1969. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed, without

prejudice.
