ORAL ORDER
The
order dated 18.1.2011 reflects that Mr.Saurabh Patel, learned
advocate had stated at the Bar that he has been appointed as Advocate
for the petitioner by the Legal Services Committee. It was further
submitted that he is unable to get in touch with the petitioner, as
the petitioner appears to have changed his address, therefore, time
had been prayed for by the learned advocate and the matter was
directed to be listed today.
Mr.Saurabh
Patel, learned advocate has not put in an appearance before the
Court, today, in spite of last opportunity being granted on
18.1.2011.
Let
the matter come up on 14.3.2011. If none appears for the petitioner
on that date, appropriate orders may have to be passed.
A
copy of this order be sent to the High Court Legal Services Committee
for further necessary action at their end.
