                             JUDGMENT

This contempt case is filed against the judgment dated

3.2.2009 in W.P(C).3453/09. A review petition has been filed on

the plea that the said judgment has been passed on erroneous

facts in as much as the information given by the Information

Officer of the concerned department under the Right to

Information Act was wrong. Therefore, I have admitted

R.P.No.1055/09 and has also issued an interim order directing

that the second petitioner therein, who is the alleged contemnor

herein, can pass orders. Therefore, nothing survives in this

contempt of court case. This case is, hence, closed.
