                        JUDGMENT

The only relief that is sought for in this writ petition

is to direct the first respondent to dispose of Ext.P2

appeal and Ext.P3 stay petition. Referring to

instructions that he got as early as on 2.4.2007, the

learned Government Pleader submits that the appeal and

stay petitioner were already received by the appellate

authority.

2. In view of the submission, I direct that if the appeal

has not been disposed of till now, first respondent shall

take up, consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 appeal with

notice to the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
