                                 ORDER

In the light of the judgment dated 13-3-2008 of the Hon’ble

Supreme Court in Divine Retreat Centre v. State of Kerala and

Others in Crl. A. No. 472 of 2008 this Crl.M.C. which was

registered suo moto by this Court is dropped leaving the further

investigation to the local police having jurisdiction to continue the

investigation and proceed in accordance with law.

This petition is accordingly closed.
