Ramachandran Nair, J.

Even though Ombudsman suggested retention of the Special

Revenue Inspector to assist the Devaswom authorities, the person

involved has expressed his inability to rejoin the service of the

Devaswom. In the circumstances, we close this matter as his retransfer

cannot be ordered.
