1. The
present Letters Patent Appeal is directed against the order dated
22.6.2010 passed in Civil Application No.3128 of 2010 in SCA No.5334
of 2001 by learned single Judge of this Court. By virtue of the
impugned order, the amendment sought by the appellant herein, who was
petitioner in the aforesaid SCA No.5334 of 2001, was not granted.
Mr.S.P.Hasurkar, learned advocate for the appellant, states that he
has consulted the learned advocate representing the other side and he
has no objection if the amendment as prayed in the civil application
is allowed.
2. Resultantly,
the appeal is allowed and the amendment prayed for by the appellant
herein in Civil Application No.3128 of 2010 in SCA No.5334 of 2001 is
granted.
