Shri
K.S. Nnavati, learned Senior advocate appearing on behalf of the
petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition as the
petitioner proposes to submit an appropriate application for joining
party as petitioner in Special Civil Application Nos. 11115/2011
and/or other allied matters and/or to file separate petition before
the Division Bench challenging the vires of Section 14 of the Gujarat
Co-operative Societies Act. Permission is accordingly granted. The
present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the above liberty and
without observing anything on merits in favour of either parties.
