The petitioner claims disobedience of order dated 24.5.2010
passed by this court in writ petition no. 3283 of 2010 (S/S).
Despite service of said order on the authority concerned on 28 th
May, 2010 the petitioner has not been reinstated in service till
date.

Issue notices to opposite parties to appear before this court on
the next date to show cause why they have not obeyed the order
dated 24.5.2010 passed by this court in the aforesaid writ
petition.
