By the order dated 19.5.2010 the District Inspector of Schools, Azamgarh was
required to be present in this court. The record indicates that he was not
present.

Learned Standing Counsel prays that a date may be fixed to enable him to
communicate the same to the respondent no. 3 District Inspector of Schools,
Azamgarh.

In view of the order dated 19.5.2010 the District Inspector of Schools,
Azamgarh should file counter affidavit as required therein failing which he
should appear in person on the next date before this court along with relevant
records and documents to assist the court.

As prayed let the matter be listed on 25.8.2010.
