3. 09.11.2011 On 18.5.2010 on the prayer of the appellants

two weeks’ time was granted to file the deficit court fee

stamp of 220/- but the same has not been deposited

still today.

In such view of the matter, the appellants

are directed to deposit the said amount of deficit court

fee stamp within 14th of November 2011, failing which

the appeal shall stand dismissed.
