Works Department, Works Division 2, Rohtas
at Sasaram is present in Court.
A counter affidavit has also been
filed on behalf of respondent nos. 6, 8
and 10. It is stated therein that last pay
certificate of the petitioner has now been
sent to his present Controlling Officer
and salary of February, 2011 has been
paid.
No one appears for the petitioner.
Put up for admission on 04.03.2011.
Since counter affidavit has been
filed on behalf of other respondents,
personal appearance of the Executive
Engineer is dispensed with. He is directed
to file a personal counter affidavit on
his behalf in this case.
