06. 08.12.2010 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and

learned counsel for the State.

The order in the writ petition was to examine the

contentions of the petitioner after re-verifying from the

records and then pass a reasoned and speaking order.

That having done on 1.12.2010 vide Annexure-OP2/A to

the show cause, there is no occasion for this Court to

proceed any further in the contempt jurisdiction. If the

petitioner aggrieved by the order dated 1.12.2010 his

remedy lies in a fresh writ application only.

It is stated that the costs as directed have been

deposited.

The application stands disposed.
