10 19/08/2010 This application has been filed for substituting

the heirs of petitioner nos. 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, 12 and 17. The

sole heir of petitioner no. 5 has been described in

paragraph 1, the heirs of petitioner no. 6 have been

described in paragraph 2, the heirs of petitioner no. 8

have been described in paragraph 3, the heirs of

petitioner no. 10 have been described in paragraph 4, the

heirs of petitioner no. 11 are already on record as

petitioner no. 9, the heirs of petitioner no. 12 have been

described in paragraph 6 whereas the heirs of petitioner

no. 17 have been described in paragraph 7 of this

application.

The heirs of deceased petitioners have appeared

through their Counsels by filing vakalatnama.

Respondent no. 3, 5, 6, 10 and 11 have also

died during the pendency of this writ application. The

heirs of respondent no. 3 have been described at

paragraph 8, the heirs of respondent no. 5 have been

described at paragraph 9, the heirs of respondent no. 6

have been described at paragraph 10, the heirs of

respondent no. 10 have been described at paragraph 11

whereas the sole heir of respondent no. 11 has been

described at paragraph 11 of this application.

The Office is directed to expunge the names of

deceased petitioners and respondents and be substituted

by their legal heirs mentioned aforesaid.

Issue notice to the substituted heirs of the

deceased respondents both by ordinary process and

under registered cover, requisites etc. for which must be

filed within a period of three weeks from today, failing

which this writ application shall stand dismissed without

further reference to a Bench.
