Heard Ms.Savita Jain, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.I.P.Singh,
learned counsel for the Jal Nigam as well as learned Standing Counsel.

This order shall also govern the prayer for interim orders made in Writ
Petition Nos. 690 (S/B) of 2010 and 671 (S/B) of 2010 .

Indisputably, the petitioner is similarly situated like those in Writ Petition No.
168 (S/B) of 2010, therefore, the petitioner would be entitled to get the
benefits of order dated 22.02.2010.

Hence, I grant the interim relief in the same terms as granted in Writ Petition
No. 168 (S/B) of 2010 till the final decision on the issue in question.

List with connected writ Petition nos. 690 (S/B) of 2010 and 671 (S/B) of
2010.
