ORDER

At
the request of Mr.Y.N. Oza, learned
Senior Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners, S.O.
to 15 th November, 2011
on condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of
Rs.4000/- (Rupees Four Thousand only) (the amount which is agreed to
be deposited by Mr.Y.N. Oza, learned Senior Advocate appearing on
behalf of the petitioners) with the registry of this Court, on or
before 9th November, 2011, towards the Costs and/or
Traveling Allowance and Dearness Allowances and/or expenses incurred
by the investigating officer and other accompanying staff for coming
to this Court, as for no fault of them, the matter is to be
adjourned. On such deposit it will be open for the concerned officer
to withdraw the said amount and the Registry to pay the said amount
to Mr.V.V. Rathod (who is Assistant Commissioner of Police, “F”
Division, Surat) by way of Account Payee Cheque and the investigating
officer and other accompanying Staff, who have remained present in
the court, shall not claim Traveling Allowance and Dearness Allowance
for today for coming to this Court.
